If install OpenVPN access it has a GUI to configure it and have user login into the portal to download. I install the community version of OpenVPN on CENTOS not the VPN access server This has the gui built in plus all of the tools to integrate openvpn with AD or radius for authentication. In this case pfsense is not operating as a firewall/router its acting as an application server inside your dmz network. If you are talking about the server end, we will typically setup openvpn as an application under pfsense. Its been a while since I use openvpn under windows, but I thought there was a gui client for that too.
You just load the opvn file into the configurator and it sets up the connection. Can you be a bit more descriptive on what you want a gui on? Since you posted in the linux forum are you referring to the openvpn server or client? If its for the client then most windowed based linux have it built in to their network configurator.
